折彎?rùn)C(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)的故障有:閥不能換向或換向動(dòng)作緩慢,泄漏,電磁先導(dǎo)閥有故障等。

(1)換向閥不能換向或換向動(dòng)作緩慢,一般是因潤(rùn)滑不良、彈簧被卡住或損壞、油污或雜質(zhì)卡住滑動(dòng)部門(mén)等原因引起的。對(duì)此,應(yīng)先檢查油霧器的工作是否正常;潤(rùn)滑油的粘度是否合適。而電路故障一般又分為控制電路故障和電磁線圈故障兩類(lèi)。在檢查電路故障前,應(yīng)先將換向閥的手動(dòng)旋鈕滾動(dòng)幾下,看換向閥在額定的氣壓下是否能正常換向,
折彎機(jī)若能正常換向,則是電路有故障。此時(shí),應(yīng)更換密封圈、閥桿和閥座,或?qū)Q向閥換新。假如在額定電壓下?lián)Q向閥不能正常換向,則應(yīng)檢查電磁線圈的接頭(插頭)是否松動(dòng)或接觸不實(shí)。檢查時(shí),可用儀表丈量電磁線圈的電壓,看是否達(dá)到了額定電壓,假如電壓過(guò)低,應(yīng)進(jìn)一步檢查控制電路中的電源和相聯(lián)系關(guān)系的行程開(kāi)關(guān)電路。

折彎機(jī)對(duì)前3種情況應(yīng)清洗先導(dǎo)閥及流動(dòng)鐵芯上的油泥和雜質(zhì)。
